	Mike Beardsell Director and Chariman of Flyash Australia Board of Directors Divisional Managing Director, Boral Cement Limited Mike was appointed Divisional Managing Director of Boral Cement Limited in July 2010. Prior to this Mike held the role of Executive General Manager of Boral's Cement Division to which he was appointed in April 2009. Mike joined Boral in 2001 and was National General Manager of Blue Circle Southern Cement since 2004. Before joining Boral, Mike held senior roles in Iron Ore Company of Canada, Peak Hill Resources and North Forest Products, Tasmania, where he was the Chief Executive. Mike holds a PhD in Industrial Forestry Operations and a Master of Science.

	Rob Davies Director Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director, Cement Australia Limited Rob Davies joined Cement Australia as CEO in March 2012. An MBA graduate, with a Bachelor of Mineral Technology (Hons), Rob has extensive executive, senior management and operational experience in manufacturing environments in both New Zealand and Australia. Prior to joining Cement Australia, Rob was the Chief Executive of Carter Holt Harvey Wood products in New Zealand.

	Keith Cameron Director Chief Financial Officer, Cement Australia Limited Keith joined Cement Australia in the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in July 2011, from Holcim Group Support (HGRS) based in Switzerland. Keith was previously responsible for implementation and maintenance of management accounting systems and performance indicators in more than 40 countries across the Holcim Group and has had wide experience in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Born and educated in South Africa, Keith is a Chartered Accountant holding Bachelors of Commerce and Accounting, and completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School Cambridge, USA in 2005.

	Ross Harper Director National Operations Manager, Boral Cement Limited Ross Harper currently occupies the role of National Operations Manager, Boral Cement Limited. Prior to this Ross held the role of General Manager, Blue Circle Southern Cement (NSW), a major business unit within the Cement Division of Boral Ltd. His other responsibilities include being a Director of Flyash Australia and a member of the Cement Committee of the CCAA. The last 15 years of Ross’ career have been spent in the Cement and Concrete industry in various management roles including General Manager, Golden Bay Cement, Fletcher Building Ltd. Ross was instrumental in establishing high performing concretes for the New Zealand market in his earlier years. Prior to that, Ross has been involved in industrial processing in both the Pulp & Paper and Geothermal Energy industries. During this period he gained a PhD in Geochemistry which continues to support his interest in Materials Science and Innovation in industry. He has held positions as Chair of the Cement and Concrete Association., New Zealand and was a Director of Fiji Industries Ltd when employed by Fletcher Building Ltd.
